On October 8, 2023, the OPUS KLASSIK, an award for exceptional musical achievement in the field of classical music, will be presented by the Verein zur Förderung der Klassischen Musik e.V.
The evening will be conducted by Désirée Nosbusch, the Konzerthausorchester Berlin will be led by chief conductor Joana Mallwitz. Confirmed soloists include Anne-Sophie Mutter, Jakub Józef Orliński and David Garrett. Conductor Herbert Blomstedt will receive the OPUS KLASSIK for his life's work.
