Take advantage of the favorable rates in the Contipark underground car park Friedrichstadt-Passagen. You pay 3.00 euros per 60 minutes.
Exclusively for concert-goers: With the Konzerthaus rate, you can park for a whole 6 hours for 5.50 euros. Just have your parking ticket marked at the Konzerthaus.

Our house usually opens 1 hour before the concert begins, 75 minutes before for concert introductions.

The box office opens before the concert begins and is located in the checkroom foyer (access via the carriage passage). All tickets will be scanned by the admission staff, please also have your discount card ready.

Year-round, you can directly access the box office and coat check on the ground floor by using the entrances to the left and right of the stairs on Gendarmenmarkt. From March to October, you can also use the stairs when you already have your tickets.

For disabled visitors, an elevator is available and can be accessed by using the stage entrance (Charlottenstraße). Handicapped toilets are located both near the stage entrance and at the Café Konzerthaus. Handicapped parking can be found on Charlottenstraße (near the stage entrance). At our own Konzerthaus concerts, the companion person of a disabled visitor will receive a free ticket.

Our  induction loop system enables hearing aid users to receive a wireless audio signal on their devices.
In the Großer Saal (Great hall) the rows 1 to 12 will receive a signal at standard level. 
In the Kleiner Saal (Small Hall) the same applies for rows 1 to 6.

Our staff are available at the service desk in the checkroom foyer to answer any questions or complaints you may have. You can also purchase CDs, books, postcards and similar items here.

Our partner Mosaik-Services organizes the provision of delicious snacks during the concert breaks in various foyers - depending on which hall the concert is taking place in. You can reserve a table, drinks and a snack for your break in advance, in person or by telephone at

You can use our introductory events as an informative and interesting introduction to the symphony concerts of the Konzerthausorchester - they usually start one hour before the concert. In the monthly brochure and here on our website you will find details of when an introduction takes place.

The introductory events are offered in different halls, please check our notice boards or ask our evening staff.

In our Konzerthaus Magazine you will also find regular audio introductions and/or discussions with composers and artists. You will find a corresponding link in the detailed view of the event.

Use our program booklets to find out about artists and concert programs. Program booklets are available from our evening service staff before the concert and during the interval.

We also provide you with our digital program booklet in the Konzerthaus Magazin a few days before the event. You will find a corresponding link on the detailed view of the concert.
