The competition is run by Konzerthaus Berlin, Gendarmenmarkt, 10117 Berlin.
All natural persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years old, who have correctly provided the mandatory data and who have accepted these conditions of participation are eligible to participate. Employees of the Konzerthaus and their relatives and all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are excluded from participation.
Participation via sweepstake clubs, automated entries via sweepstake robots as well as deliberate false entries and entries with so-called "disposable e-mail addresses" are not permitted and will result in exclusion.
Participation takes place exclusively via the online member area MY CONCERT HOUSE at www.konzerthaus.de/mein-konzerthaus.
Participation in the competition is possible between Tuesday, 19.12.2023 and Wednesday, 20.12.2023, 12.00 hrs, via the online form: https://www.konzerthaus.de/de/verlosungen/mein-konzerthaus-verlosung/11. 

Every user who fills out the raffle form in the above-mentioned period, sends it off and confirms participation by clicking on the link in the confirmation e-mail will be entered into the raffle. The winners will be determined by lot after the end of the raffle period. Multiple participation is excluded. The winners will be notified by e-mail. The data will not be used for advertising purposes.

We are giving away 3 Bernstein sets, each consisting of a CD with the original soundtrack to the film "Maestro" and a CD "Best of Leonard Bernstein". The package is completed with the "Festschrift Leonard Bernstein" with contributions from Bernstein's companions, colleagues, music journalists, his daughter Jamie and many others, which the Konzerthaus Berlin published in 2013 on the occasion of a ten-day tribute.

Participation in the raffle is free of charge and not bound to any other services of the participant.
A payment of non-cash prizes in money is not possible. The legal process is excluded.
The information on data protection is part of these conditions of participation and is accepted by the participant. Konzerthaus Berlin reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of participation without prior notice or to cancel the competition without giving reasons if, for technical, legal or other reasons, the proper execution of the competition can no longer be guaranteed. Konzerthaus Berlin is entitled to exclude participants in the event of a breach of the conditions of participation. There is no entitlement to participation or execution of the competition.

- The data will be stored and processed for the purpose of processing the sweepstakes.
