• Online orders

  You can easily book your tickets online, including exact seat selection, from right at home. It's fast, safe and available 24 hours a day. Find your desired concert in the Concert Calendar and either click on TICKETS in the calendar or in the detailed view of the event. Then just follow the instructions on our online shop. For individual partner events at Konzerthaus, you can purchase tickets online for a small sales fee. You can also purchase them directly from the organizer (contact information can be found on the detail-view page for each event). All customer, order and payment information is SSL-encoded and protected. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, PayPal and by debit direct. Returns and exchanges are not allowed with online-tickets. There is an additional Online-Service fee of €2.00 for each ticket purchased online.

  print@home and mobile tickets

  With “print@home” you can print your own tickets right at home directly after purchase. Safe, uncomplicated and without standing in line at the box office, you can print your tickets until just before the concert.

  Or you use your smartphone to display the “mobile ticket” which will be scanned at the entrance.
  
  Please note that print@home and mobile tickets are not available for concerts by external organizers.

• Advanced Sales in Person

  Our box office in the visitor service area is located on the north side of the Konzerthaus, across from the French Cathedral. Payments without cash can be made using the electronic-cash-system (by entering your personal PIN number) or with a credit card (Eurocard, VISA, American Express).

  In addition to our own subscriptions and tickets to individual concerts, we also sell tickets to concerts by other organizers such as the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin (for an additional fee).

  You can also purchase gift certificates, books, CDs and post cards.

  The box office opens one hour before the start of the event in the foyer of the Konzerthaus (entrance via Kutschendurchfahrt).

• Seat Preview and 3D-Panorama

  For online-bookings, you can more easily find your favorite seat in the large hall by using the Seat Preview feature. You can test the actual view of the stage from every seat in the house. Using the 3D-Panorama feature, you can check the view in all directions from your selected seat.

• Ticket Shipping / Pick Up

  When purchasing a ticket online, you can choose between having the tickets sent to you by mail or picking them up at the box office. For delivery by mail, we charge a shipping and handling fee of €2.50 per order. If you choose to pick them up at the box office, tickets must be collected no later than 30 minutes before the concert begins. For online orders of tickets to our own concerts, we also offer the “print@home” option.

• Discounts

  School children, students up to age 30, trainees, participants in volunteer programs (BFD, FSJ, FÖJ), unemployed individuals and seniors with co-payment exemption for medication will receive a discount of 25% off the price of available tickets for Konzerthaus Berlin’s own performances upon presentation of sufficient personal identification. Only available in the at the event box office one hour before the performance!

  Before selected concerts, holders of social cards can purchase left-over tickets at the box office for a fixed price of €3, upon presentation of sufficient personal identification. These are the selected concerts in April 2024.

  Discounted tickets for children can be purchased for all Family Concerts at Konzerthaus, even online in advance.
  
  For our own productions, the companion person of a handicapped individual will receive a free ticket, as long as their identification is marked with “B” and states that a companion person is required.

• Gift Certificates

  If you want to share your enthusiasm for the Konzerthaus with friends and family, give them a gift certificate, which you can purchase at our visitor service center or by calling the Ticket Hot-line at +49 · 30 · 20 30 9 2101.

  Our gift certificates have no season limit and can be used for any of our own Konzerthaus concerts.

• Subscriptions

  Discover the wide range of subscriptions at Konzerthaus: choose between our series- subscriptions of up to 6 concerts each. With a series-subscriptions, you save up to 40% off the price and get the benefits of your personal Konzerthaus Card premium. With our select-subscription, you can put together your own personal concert schedule of Konzerthausorchester performances and save around 25% off purchasing individual tickets.

  Are you a teacher or educator and want to attend a performance with your students? No problem! We not only have special student group prices and specials for our family performances, but also for symphony and chamber music concerts (Konzerthaus productions) so that you can enrich your lessons with a live, unique performance experience. • Rehearsal Visits

  The Konzerthausorchester invites school classes to attend open rehearsals free of charge. This gives students the chance to experience how a symphony orchestra works on a daily basis. Students will have the chance to speak directly to musicians from the orchestra both before and after the rehearsal.

  Please send us information about your school, number of students as well as a contact person when filling out the pre-registration form. You will receive details about the rehearsal visit procedure along with your visit confirmation. Please send your registration to:
